    Do you have a question about teaching history? If so, ask David Russell, our history teacher. Here is a short bio telling about David's background:

    David Russell is the father of four sweet children (Kurt, Sandra, Weston, and Vonnie). He earned his MA in Philosophy from the University of Detroit and went on to complete his PhD in History and Religion and at the Michigan State University. He has taught courses in Religion, History, and Philosophy at several local colleges. He currently serves as the CEO of Westvon Publishing, dedicated to providing redemptive educational products primarily to home educators through their website, TheHomeschoolShop.com. He is the editor of JournalingLife.com, a site dedicated to teaching everyone the importance of journaling He is an accomplished bluegrass musician, playing banjo with the Mike Adams Band in Michigan.
