Yes! Of course. Here they are: Venus & Serena Williams (twins). Venus Williams is a homeschooler that has back-to-back wins at Wimbledon both in 2001 and 2000.By adding the Australian Open title to the French Open, Wimbledon and U.S. Open crowns she captured in 2002, her sister Serena became the fifth player in history to hold all four championships at one time.Jason Taylor: PRO BOWL/ Was voted as a starter to the AFC Pro Bowl squad, the first such honor of his NFL career.Jason worked with children's hospitals in Pittsburgh and Akron... Has participated in events benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis... Has assisted in building houses in Miami for Habitat for Humanity... Prior to the 1999 season, released his own calendar with a portion of the proceeds going to benefit First Book, a national non-profit organization committed to giving children the opportunity to read and own their first new books... Each of the last two years, has been a member of the "Crunch on Paralysis" team, along with Trace Armstrong and Zach Thomas, that made a donation for every sack and tackle they made to the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis...
Dakota Fanning: In real life, this precocious 8-year-old astonished a group of jaded reporters at Taken's press junket:
When asked simplistic kiddie questions about her work, Fanning responded with the articulation of a seasoned pro. How did the kid learn so much so fast?
"I'm home schooled",Fanning explained. Jena Malone: Nominations* Golden Globe, 1998. Best Supporting Actress in a TV Movie.
* Independent Spirit Award, 1997. Best Debut Performance.
* SAG Award, 1997. Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor.
Awards:
* Saturn Award, 1998. Best Performance by a Younger Actress.
* Young Actress Award, 1997. Best actress in a Movie."The reason I started homeschool is I was so bored in school."
Alyssa Buecker: "I have been homeschooling since Kindergarten. I am now 16 and would be in 10th grade, if I were in school." Alyssa is a very talented up-and-coming movie director, with a cast of unique actors.Alyssa has 14 guinea pigs. She has made many movies starring her furry friends, like her most current work on Nickolodeon: "Carrot Wars". "Carrot Wars" is a spoof on "Star Wars", which along with three other films, has been commissioned by the HBO Family Channel!
"I love having the time and freedom to pursue my own interests, and that includes making guinea pig movies! I also enjoy being able to be with my pets all day long.
When I was 12, I made another movie, "The Christmas Caper", and it had about ten guinea pigs in it. It won first place and Best of Division in the Cannes film festival.
Then the next year I made another film called "Guinea Pigs From Mars", and it also won first place at the Cannes.
Then I made a short for Nickelodeon called, "Figure it Out: Guinea Pig Style".
After that I worked for six months on my most involved guinea pig movie, "Carrot Wars", a spoof on "Star Wars." HBO commissioned "Carrot Wars" and also bought rights to my first three guinea pig movies, to show on the HBO Family Channel.
I recently formed my own production company, Milbo Productions, and have been selling copies of the "Carrot Wars" video to customers all over the World from my web page."
